So, quite some time ago I bought myself Bat Queen Hennin, for my Ice Witch ofc. I think it even was before these things went 2x cheaper...

After the last patch, when you equip a helmet as a decoration, mask (as the armour item) stops showing... Now it's like a totally different Helmet, and I hate it. I don't even use it anymore, it's so ugly without the mask. Would it be possible for me to get a crystal refund for that item, since it just lies in my inventory?

'hope that's possible since that was a bad deal and changing something against our will is bad for business. besides, they already got his money so why not at least give him the crystal back to be spent on something else useful for him so what do they got to lose? pixel crystals? with that kind of business mindset, I won't be surprised if their goods are eating dust in the shelves and the players are thinking twice on squandering their hard earned money for these micro transactions.
