Party level difference rules.

Post Party level difference rules.
Hello, I'd like to know how high the level difference can be between to players in order for them to be able to join party together.

If I'm not mistaken the max lvl difference is 3.

1x lvl 7 and 2x lvl 10 = OK
1x lvl 7 and 1x Lvl 10 and 1x lvl 13 = Not OK

It's 4 if not 5 lv difference. I guess 4:)
