Post Issues understanding hit detection.
How does it work exactly in this game? How are hits aimed located and what not?

Some problems I experienced during gameplay which makes me ask this question:

Hitting people in the back doesn't always count as a back attack.

Using a power attack as gunner will not always give you a hit confirmation (but it will show the blood from hitting someone).

Are traps from sappers and gunners collision are suppose to be bigger than the model itself?

Why is it the animation is to slow for normal attacks? I've seen multiple hit confirmations with one swing at times against a single opponent.

Also blocking doesn't always block the attack despite looking at you opponent (not specifically berserkers just in general)?

It seem that you've got some latency. Usually, when my internet goes well, i don't have such problems.

Yeah it could be latency, I am playing early in the morning >_>

I recently just found out that the power attack with gunner is actually broken, I had someone hit with hammer and it did absolutely nothing.

You know that this game is played in Europe from ~10 months and more than a year in Russia so if such problem did exist it had been found long time before this date.
What you describe should come from latency/lags problems. You tried to hit someone but your client is not up to date with the server so even if you actually see the char in front of you in fact he's far away.

Well the gunner actually physically hit me and did nothing with his power attack and vice versa when playing gunner.
I mean I know if you hit something on your client you hit despite how far away it is and I only this because I sprinted away from an orc and still got hit from a wind up. I was just curious why blocking and back attacks are not functioning coherently.
