I played around 4k games with countless potions drank thru this time and i really cant mention 1 time when i experienced "drinking potion without CD".
On the other hand almost every game i lose cooldown to that 2nd bug.
I believe that 2nd scenario is so common because game server handle that instruction applaing cooldown before refilling HP,
so if the game server receive another instruction (run, block, etc.) before that first instruction is done - you break the instruction - but cd is gone as it was already processed.
It is really hard to believe that it could work other way as server will never process the instruction backward
... even if it is possible it is highly unlikely.
+ MrTheZniszcze could say something like "ups sorry, idk what was that" "i gues i get buged" instead he behave like a jackass


You know what, i get a job today, i dont give a pony ...
its one tournament.
