Was ist das hier eigentlich für ein miserabler Support?
Schreibe schon seit Wochen dutzende Mails, sowohl direkt per Mail als auch von der Webseite aus. Bekommen habe ich aber noch nicht einmal eine Antwort. Gibt es denn überhaupt einen Support hier?

It has been said in one of the live streams that Panzar makes every Friday, that in Russia it is not the habit to answer a mail send to support even not just to say they got the mail and will look into is.

The community manager Queen Bee said that if your mails are send to [email protected] or [email protected] that they are read they are trying to find the solution.

If you really have a direct problem post in help and support, I or many of the forum players will answer and try to help, if you have send an email en nobody answers, I bring it to Queens Bee attention.

An welche Adresse hast es geschickt?
In welcher Sprache hast du das geschickt?
Wo liegt dein eigentlich das Problem?
Warum hast du nicht gleich das Problem parallel oder zuerst ins Forum hier rein gestellt?
Ich hab keine Mail von dir bekommen !
